© Greenford Celtic FC 2019

Greenford Celtic Football Club was formed in 1986 making us one of the most established football clubs in Middlesex.

We also hold the honour of being an FA Charter Standard club.

We are supported and managed by a host of community volunteer committee members and team managers, the clubs primary purpose is to provide a safe & friendly environment where children can play football for fun.

All our coaches are FA qualified and provide an effective platform to welcome and help any child into Grassroots football and beyond. The club and our coaches are organised and passionate about developing youth football.

Grassroots Football is more than a group of children kicking a ball, we are here to bring children together to promote friendship, socialising, sharing human values no matter their age, gender, physical ability, skin colour, religion or ethnic origin. We are here to help these children grow and develop and at the same time enjoy the game of football, we strive to ensure football is taught correctly. Our structured sessions will ensure not only effective football is taught but essential life skills are learned that will pay dividend to any child when reaching adulthood.

All our players are registered to the Harrow Youth Football League which is part of the Middlesex County FA. The club competes in the Harrow Youth Football League and the Harrow Soccer Combination which comprise some 100 clubs and over 750 teams. Both organisations have been recognised by The Football Association as accredited and award winning Charter Standard Leagues and FA Respect Leagues.  We also take part in the County Championships and many summer tournaments. Friendlies are often arranged by the team managers to provide excitement and experience for the younger age groups. These experiences are an essential ingredient in their development too.

Our home ground is located at The Shamrock, 307a Horn Lane, London, W3 0BP. (just off the A40, Western Ave and a five minute walk from North Acton Station on the central line).
